• Make sure this is not a pipe dream - it is a family decision so make sure everyone gives the thumbs up
• Ensure the employer is happy and has the ability to sponsor you
• Remember to do your own research - we have shared some docs below to help you map everything out - salary, locations, cost of living etc
• If you do get an interview it is important to ask what the re-location would look like
• Remember this is typically for Senior appointments or rare/hard to fill roles. Asking an employer if they will offer relocation for a Jnr Engineer role may not be feasible as they still will need to pay for the visa costs, but it is not to say they wouldn't hire someone from overseas.
